OBJECTIVE

For this project, we were brought on to review two public safety facilities in two different cities. Each of the facilities house offices and operations for over 400 personnel and 100 emergency vehicles. Our goal was to take preemptive measures to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.

STRATEGY

We conducted surveys of the buildings, grounds, and security protocols. In addition, we reviewed the facility’s emergency plans and procedures to ensure that they are up-to-date and consider new threats, natural or man-made.

OUTCOME

After our survey and assessment, we provided a comprehensive report with recommendations for improvement. We also served as a resource to our client as they implemented the recommendations.
